Core precautions for meat slicer machine: Never touch the blade with hands while the unit is powered on; control frozenmeat temperature at 6℃ to 2℃; cut off power before cleaning; perform regular dedicated lubrication.
.Personal Safety Rules When the meat slicer machine is running, keep hands and other body parts away from the cutting disc. Always stop the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning, replacing blades or removing meat. Operators shall not wear loosefitting gloves. Fasten sleeves and tie up long hair.
.Raw Material Requirements Meat must be boneless and free of hard foreign objects. The optimal slicing temperature for frozen meat is 6℃ to 2℃. Meat that is too hard will chip the blade, while overly soft meat tends to stick to the blade and produce stringy cuts. Thaw meat in advance to a semifrozen firm state.
.Operating Key Points Start the machine and run it under noload condition for 23 minutes to confirm no abnormal noise. Push meat forward evenly and vertically. Do not pry the handle sideways to avoid deformation. Before adjusting slicing thickness, ensure the positioning head does not touch the material baffle.
.Cleaning and MaintenanceDo not rinse the machine body directly with water, especially the motor section. Wipe only with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Apply sewingmachine oil (not edible oil) to guide rods and shafts every week. Remove and clean the blade guard on a regular basis.
.Faults and Emergency Handling If uneven slice thickness, excessive meat scraps or heavy resistance occur, stop the machine immediately to sharpen or inspect the blade. In case of abnormal noise or jamming, perform emergency stop and cut off power before troubleshooting.
